It took me a while to find good cleaning supplies for the SCAR 17S but after looking around here is what I found and use. The list is comprehensive and is for reasonable amounts of cleaning supplies. You can buy a scar cleaning kit, but they are excessive and expensive.
I’ve used all of these supplies myself.
You can buy the lubricants in larger amounts, but you most likely won’t need that much.

Otis technologies gun cleaning swab – for gleaning up tought to get to spots and applying grease
Tipton cleaning picks – for cleaning out the gas chamber
Lubriplate lubricant for the trigger
Breakfree clp lubricant for lubricating (with needle appliance)
Real avid universal smart mat – gun cleaning mat to clean your scar on
Otis technologies fiber cleaning towel – to wipe your gun down
Hoppes no 9 bore cleaner for cleaning out the bore
Birchwood casey gun spray for cleaning out the scar 17s
The following supplies I got from J Dewey
.30 Caliber Nylon Coated Rod – 36 Inches. Model# 30C-36 – for cleaning out the bore
.30 Caliber Brass Jag – Female Threaded. Model# 30J – this is to send lubricant patches into the bore
.30/.308 Caliber Bronze Rifle Brush. Model# B-30 – this is the brass jag to clean out the bore
2″ Round Patches – 100/Bag for .30-.35 Caliber. Model# P-271 – patches to use to clean out the bore. I had to cut these in half to fit in the bore.
