Where should you start your self-help journey. I think people should start their self help journey in different places depending on where your problems are. If your problem is in your relationship, then you should start your journey in the relationships section of self-help. If your problem is with your boss at work, then you might want to start your journey by looking at how to deal with difficult people or how to get along with people.
I recommend using amazon to find the right self-help book. The reason for this is because you can use artificial intelligence to help you find your next book. Typically when you start down the path of self help, you realize that the problem isn’t actually external. It’s internal. You are the one causing the problem.
The problems could be stemming from your past, and they could be stemming from bad habits that you have formed over time. As you go along your self help journey, you’ll start plugging all the holes in the issues that come up. Many people say that self-help doesn’t work. It just makes you aware of more problems and tries to sell you more solutions. I disagree totally.
Self-help to me is like having a permanent mentor. The smartest people in the world write self-help books. That is where you can go to find the smartest people in the world. The smartest people in the world don’t all make documentaries or have tv shows. They aren’t all willing to mentor you in person or over the phone, but they are all willing to write books.
You can find a solution for every problem that you have. Each problem that you have has been encountered by at least one person, and they’ve likely written a book about it. The more you read about life; the more confident you will feel as well.
In summary, you should start your self-help journey where you are encountering problems. If you are just feeling a general state of sadness or emptiness, then you should read a book about depression or finding your purpose. I always recommend starting your self-help journey with books about finding your purpose. I don’t think you have to have a big purpose, but you should at least contemplate the idea of whether you think you have a purpose. Self-help is such an interesting journey that I believe everyone should take and enjoy!
